There are a number of ways to start to promote Affiliate products
that you are interested in without having to spend a dime .You can start by setting up a free blog from blogger , set out in the
'How To Start Your Free Online Adsence Business' , that can be found in a previous blog post on this blog to start you off .
Clickbank is FREE to Join , basically , you get paid to promote other peoples products on your blog .
You choose what products you want to promote in whatever Niche your blog post is about ( say it's gardening , you would look up e-gardening books that you could promote on your blog , there are a lot of affiliate programs out there and we will be talking about them on a different post.
You only need to no how to copy and paste your Affilate codes into your blog .
Copy and Paste Instructons :
To copy and paste you hold your mouse over the first letter you want to copy and left click as you drag the mouse over the selected txt you want to copy until the TXT ( writing ) is Highlghted .
You sometimes have an Option where you can just click the TXT and it will highlight itself , you then need to right click and choose copy .
Once you have chosen copy , copy and paste it into word pad , or straight to your blog which can also be done in different ways , shown below , costing you nothing but your time and effort , remember you need to treat this as an Online Buisness just as you would any type of buisiness if you want to become sucessfull , the more time you put in the better the results . You get to choose your own hours and you can be your own boss, I was computer illiterate when I started out nearly a decade ago , so trust me when I say anybody can do it easliy .
When you write a post it gives you the option to add a link to your blog post which you can do in 3 easy ways .
1/ You can highlight a word or words in your blog post that you would lke people to click on , then click the " link " tab on blogger , copy the Affiliate URL and post your long Affilate URL link in there , press OK and your long txt will have changed into a clickable link .
2/ You can use the HTML part of the blog , after you have written your blog post you then click the HTML opton and paste the 2nd code into your blog post, you can preview it and even change the words ' click here ' into something else before sending and make any ajustments you need too before posting .
3 / One of my favortes , you can use a Long URL Link shortner that I use to make my Long Affiliate Links into short affiliate links which you can find and use for FREE at the top right hand side of this page , I put my long URL Link in and then let the tool shorten it . The long URL link is then made into a 'short URL' link that also hides ( cloaks ) your Affiliate ID . I Then post That rather than posting my long affiliate ID .
You can also use the layout page to put " Banner adds " which you can put in your sidebar, etc which will add to your blog , they can be removed at any time . You go to the layout page on your blog . Click Add HTML & copy and paste the HTML code from Clickbank where you can access the Vendors Affiliate page where you can get banner add HTML codes and other add codes that you can promote .
Just Copy and Paste the codes into the HTML Tab in the Layout page, you can drag and drop the new HTML code to wherever you like on your blog ( sidebar , bottom of the post , above or under the post ) review it and once you like the layout click save and you have completed your 1st Affiliate post !
Make sure that your Affiliate Link
is in the Link
you post , you can check by going to the link posted , going to the checkout page , look at the bottom of the checkout page and you should see your Affliliate Name, if you see that then you have posted your link correcty . So when you find a product on Clickbank to promote you now have 3 ways of promoting products with Blogger you copy and paste your choice of Hoplink
( either Long URL or Shortened Verson as I said I prefer to shorten my links ) into your post . Let's say you were writing a blog about fishing or , it would be cool to let your readers no about your interests and promote things that will be benificial and help your readers , say an e-book to help fellow fishermen.
And you can also post them into your blogs sidebar , below or aove the post .
So, start by signing up for your free blog first , then go ahead and write some informative posts , then sign up for a free Clickbank account where there are thousands of digital products to promote and start putting your Affiliate Links into your Posts and Blogs.
